Meet the team
Executive
John is a double exit entrepreneur (PPR Solutions > ByBox in 2013 and Opun > John Lewis in 2018) with 20 years’ experience within fast growth early-stage companies. He worked with the Corporate Venture Capital team at John Lewis, has mentored for TechStars and is an active member of Silicon Valley Bank’s advisory growth stage panel.
Karen was formerly UK and US CFO of the Innovation Group which was taken private by Carlyle in 2015 for $500m. Her early career was spent with PWC where she held a number of senior roles. Latterly she advised Fotografiska, the European boutique art gallery and the Wong Family Office to secure expansion capital domestically and internationally.
James is a highly experienced start-up/ scale up technologist with international experience in the UK and Australia. James is responsible for all areas of our technology capability including the data science team.
Operational
Aaron is a Product, Marketing and Design specialist who has worked for Sony, Universal Music and ITV where he focused on brand design, user experience (UX) and user interaction (UI). Key responsibilities include brand and product development, digital marketing and SEO optimisation.
Devon has a degree in Psychology and is responsible for all customer requirements post sale. Prior to joining mnAi, Devon spent eight years helping to establish training and customer success teams on a global basis for high growth firms Latham & Watkins, Studio Designer and Psychology Software, all in the US.
With a background in professional services, Ricky has spent the last 15 years helping develop and scale fast growing commercial organisations and brands across the UK and internationally. With responsibility for all commercial activity across the company, Ricky manages the Scottish office along with sales colleagues across the UK.

Investor Director
David is an investor and entrepreneur with 40+ years experience covering investment banking, venture capital and hedge funds. Formerly a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, he was the co-founder and COO of the global incubator/ early stage VC AntFactory, is FCA accredited and represents the interests of all shareholders on the board.
Jill Pay
Non-Executive Director
Jill is a former official of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. She was the first woman to hold the position of Serjeant at Arms in the House of Commons - a role previously held only by male incumbents for 600 years. Additionally, Jill is also Chair of The Gender Index, Corum Beanstalk and Savvitas Senate.
